We are a well-established Chartered Accounting practice (CA) based in Sydney, Australia.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work as part of our growing team in our Ho Chi Minh City office, supporting a range of Australian clients.

Main duties and responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Input
- Maintain and update client digital filing systems
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of administration tasks
- Client implementation processes
- Prepare forms and reports for clients
- Processing forms
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferrably in Business/Accounting/Finance or other related areas)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Ability to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work as part of the team as well as independently
- Pro-active and self-motivated
- High degree of professionalism
- Proven organisation and administrative skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
