Mô tả công việc:

  • Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ và thiết kế giao diện người dùng cho các ứng dụng web.
  • Phát triển các module frontend sử dụng ReactJS/NextJS.
  • Tích hợp giao diện với API từ backend (REST/GraphQL).
  • Xây dựng và quản lý Component Library / Design System dùng chung.
  • Tối ưu hiệu suất tải trang và trải nghiệm người dung.
  • Thiết lập và vận hành quy trình CI/CD cho frontend.
  • Viết test tự động (Unit, Integration, E2E) bằng Jest, Cypress…
  • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với designer và backend developer trong quá trình phát triển.
  • Duy trì và cập nhật tài liệu kỹ thuật (technical documentation).
  • Nghiên cứu, cập nhật công nghệ mới trong lĩnh vực frontend.

Yêu cầu:

Bắt buộc:

  • Hiểu vững HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Thành thạo TypeScript (types, interfaces, generics, utility types, …)
  • Nắm chắc React (hooks, context, lifecycle, component composition)
  • Quản lý state với React Query / Zustand / Redux Toolkit
  • Biết tối ưu render, memoization, code-splitting
  • Có kinh nghiệm production với React + TypeScript
  • Thành thạo API integration (REST/GraphQL)
  • Biết xử lý auth flow, routing / React Router), form validation (React Hook Form / Formik)
  • Kinh nghiệm  (SSR/SSG, dynamic routes, metadata, API routes)
  • Hiểu và dùng UI libraries (MUI, AntD, shadcn/ui, ChakraUI, styled-components)
  • Tư duy component-driven (Atomic Design, Storybook)
  • Biết tối ưu bundle size, lazy loading, responsive design

Ưu tiên:

  • Đã quen Git workflow (branching, PR, review)
  • Biết performance audit (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals)
  • Kinh nghiệm unit test (Jest, React Testing Library)
