Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all MEP contract packages: Electrical (HV/LV/ELV) and Mechanical (HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Drainage, BMS).
  • Review and ensure compliance with all contract documents, drawings, specifications, and codes.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor MEP works to meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Lead and develop the Turner MEP team; supervise daily activities of engineers and superintendents.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and Client representatives.
  • Participate in tender processes: technical evaluations, responses to queries, and scoring.
  • Support procurement strategy, design schedules, design briefs, and scopes of services.
  • Manage BIM coordination and clash analysis.
  • Participate in Value Engineering and recommend cost-effective design solutions.
  • Oversee MEP installation, testing & commissioning, and project close-out.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; relevant licenses as required.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in MEP design, costing, sequencing, and installation.
  • Experience in high-rise, 5-star hotel, or resort projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP construction practices; LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese; strong report-writing skills.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with project management and scheduling software; BIM experience a plus.
  • High integrity, proactive mindset, and ability to manage risks.
  • Able to work independently or in a multicultural team; willing to travel as needed.
