1. Yêu cầu chung:a) Trình độ học vấn và kinh nghiệm:

  • Trình độ chuyên môn: tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành kỹ thuật.
  • Kinh nghiệm chuyên môn: có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên ở vị trí tương tự.

b) Kỹ năng:

  • Khả năng ngoại ngữ: giao tiếp và có thể đọc hiểu các tài liệu, bản vẽ tiếng Anh.
  • Khả năng tin học: thông thạo Auto Cad, Excel, Word
  • Có kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, báo cáo và thực hiện.

c) Yêu cầu khác:

  • Đảm bảo đủ sức khỏe phục vụ công việc.
  • Hiểu rõ chức năng, nhiệm vụ của Phòng QLCL.
  • Đoàn kết, trung thực, phối hợp tốt với các bộ phận khác nhằm đảm bảo yêu cầu phát triển và lợi ích của công ty.

2. Trách nhiệm:

  • Hoàn thành tốt công việc: kiểm soát và đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm ở công đoạn được giao bởi QC Manager.
  • Trợ giúp QC Manager về mặt kiểm soát và đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.
  • Nghiệm thu vật liệu đầu vào/ sản phẩm trước và sau khi hàn/sau khi sơn/ đóng gói và nghiệm thu trước khi xuất xưởng; làm hồ sơ lưu.
  • Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức nghiệm thu chất lượng nội bộ trước khi bàn giao như sơn, visual,
  • Kiểm soát các feedback, lập NCR và lưu hồ sơ.
  • Nắm vững hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, các quy trình, biểu mẫu của công ty.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác do QC Manager phân giao.

Chế độ báo cáo:

  • Nội dung và người nhận báo cáo:

  • Thống kê và báo cáo lên QC Manager đầy đủ các vi phạm về chất lượng để phân tích nguyên nhân và lập biện pháp khắc phục rõ ràng.

  • Báo cáo những vấn đề liên quan đến nghiệm thu, chất lượng, sản phẩm không phù hợp, ý kiến của khách hà QC Manager.

+Các loại báo cáo: Báo cáo ngày /tháng/ quý/ năm, theo mẫu hướng dẫn, theo quy định trong các quy trình và yêu cầu.

3. Quyền hạn:

  • Được quyền yêu cầu cung cấp đầy đủ và kịp thời nhân lực, vật tư, máy móc thiết bị cần thiết để phục vụ công tác kiểm soát chất lượng và nghiệm thu.
  • Được hưởng các quyền lợi khác theo Nội quy và Thỏa ước lao động tập thể của công ty.
