The team

Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is part of a 300 strong global delivery network, supporting Hitachi Digital Services around the globe. Our employees collaborate with teams in Japan, India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. From cloud migration to digital modernization and advanced analytics, offering operational excellence, agile delivery, and plenty of energy to work on huge transformation projects for our customers.

The role

• Collaborating with project managers in project set up and budgeting.
• Tracking and analyzing resource utilization across project and account level.
• Working closely with project manager on project financial health.
• Analyzing project revenue and costs to identify variances and trends.
• Collaborating with project managers and sales teams to maintain accurate revenue forecasts.
• Preparing analysis reports related to project financial and resource utilization to support business driving.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, or Accounting or equivalent is required.
• At least 1-2 years of experiences in accounting, or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI skills.
• Fluency in English both written and oral.
• Willing to learn and take challenges.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
