Role Overview

The PMO for SAP Commercial in Vietnam is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing SAP-related commercial activities and deliverables. The role requires proficiency and a strong understanding of SAP Commercial processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Commercial modules within the Vietnam market.
  • Work closely with Reckitt stakeholders, Global PMO teams, and the SAP Competency Center (CC) to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with client functional consultants and client technical teams for system configuration, customisation, and testing.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and change requests in alignment with corporate governance standards.
  • Ensure all project milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and with expected quality.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training activities, and post–go-live stabilization.
  • Ensure alignment with regional and global SAP templates and compliance with local tax, legal, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, KPIs, and financials to regional and global PMO teams.
  • Run the Level 4 and Level 3 governance meetings with 50+ middle to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience
    : From 5 years in SAP project management, particularly in commercial processes (O2C, P2P, R2R).
  • Proficiency
    : Strong understanding of SAP Commercial modules and related functionalities.
  • Project Management Skills
    : Expertise in project governance, risk management, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Communication
    : Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders and facilitating governance meetings with senior management.
  • Coordination
    : Experience working with functional consultants and technical teams for system configuration, customization, and testing.
  • Compliance Knowledge
    : Familiarity with local tax, legal, and reporting requirements relevant to SAP implementations.
