Trách nhiệm bao gồm, nhưng không giới hạn:

  • Chịu trách nhiệm các quy trình cải tiến và mô hình phát triển phần mềm Agile trong nhóm

    Ưu tiên loại bỏ các trở ngại và đào tạo nhóm giải quyết vấn đề
  • Xây dựng mối quan hệ mạnh mẽ, tin cậy với các bô phận kinh doanh, nhóm khách hàng và trong nội bộ nhóm, bằng cách giúp nhóm làm việc minh bạch và quản lý các vấn đề phát sinh
  • Duy trì sự tập trung của nhóm vào các giá trị và kết quả mang lại cho khách hàng, cũng như tối ưu hoá các chuỗi công việc
  • Dẫn dắt nhóm theo văn hoá liên tục cải tiến, giảm tải lãng phí
  • Dẫn dắt nhóm liên tục hoàn thành công việc
  • Giúp nhóm đạt được tiến độ công việc ổn định, cũng như môi trường cho sự cải tiến và học tập
  • Phát triển, theo dõi và trao đổi các báo cáo và thông số làm việc cho nhóm
  • Đào tạo nhóm về các nguyên tắc và thực tiễn mô hình Agile để nhóm phát triển và đạt hiệu suất, năng suất cao hơn
  • Hỗ trợ việc phát triển, lập kế hoạch và hoàn thành danh mục công việc cho nhóm

II. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Cử nhân Công nghệ thông tin và/hoặc Kinh doanh hoặc các chứng chỉ chuyên ngành
  • Chứng chỉ Scrum Master/Iteration Manager và có kinh nghiệm áp dụng sâu sắc
  • Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm được chứng minh phù hợp
  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc cho các tổ chức lớn
  • Kinh nghiệm dẫn dắt nhóm với các thành viên ở các văn phòng khác nhau
  • Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò Scrum Master/Iteration Manager
  • Kỹ năng xuất sắc trong việc dẫn dắt nhóm bao gồm: huấn luyện, giải quyết các xung đột và khuyến khích thảo luận nhóm về các phương án, giải pháp thay thế.
  • Kinh nghiệm truyền tải, thúc đẩy và dẫn dắt các nguyên tắc và thực tiễn mô hình Agile
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếp, bao gồm kỹ năng thương lượng và gây ảnh hưởng.
