SmartDev is looking for a FULL–STACK developer who will develop robust backends AND visually appealing websites, by translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code.The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for efficient code, meticulous care to details and excellent communication skills.

Tasks

  • Deliver high quality web front-end and back-end code
  • Anticipate potential bottlenecks
  • Report to the team or directly to the customer
  • Be proactive, independent, and solution oriented
  • Participating in architectural discussions with clients
  • Driving the estimation process
  • Staying plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them into the day to day activities of the team
  • Reviewing and enhancing team processes and outputs

General requirements

  • University degree and/or similar vocational accreditations
  • 3 years of experience as a software developer
  • Laravel programming skills
  • programming skills
  • Excellent ability to integrate third party libraries
  • Expertise in working with both relational and non-relational databases
  • Experience with Git
  • Understanding of the Agile methodology
  • Deep understanding of architectural and design patterns
  • Good spoken and written English

  • Experience in fintech/gaming/IoT
  • Decent portfolio
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members
  • Experience in optimizing the application for various non-functional aspects like scalability, performance and security
