Location: HMC Building, 193 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Key Responsibilities

1. Editorial & Print Layout Design

• Execute professional editorial and publication layouts (magazines, brochures, long-form content).
• Apply strong layout thinking to arrange text, images, visual hierarchy, and brand identity seamlessly.
• Ensure consistency in typography, visual language, image standards, and technical print specifications.

2. Creative Design for Digital & Brand Communications

Design multi-platform communication assets including:

• Key visual systems, campaign materials, posters, banners, standees, social media graphics, email marketing, etc.
• Digital product visuals such as website imagery, landing page assets, banner ads, and UI visuals (basic UX/UI).

Contribute to design for commercial projects, brand partnerships, and marketing campaigns.

Continuously explore and propose fresh creative directions aligned with design and industry trends.

Participate in ideation, content development, and multimedia production, including branding video graphics.

3. Publication Production & Technical Execution

• Manage pre-press process: proofing, color calibration, print requirements, typography and resolution control.
• Attend on-site press checks when required to ensure final print output meets quality standards.

Requirements

• Candidates under 34 are preferred; College or University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2.5 years of experience
  in a similar role — experience in publishing, media, or creative agencies is a plus.
• Strong magazine layout thinking is essential; motion graphics experience is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with communication trends and modern design practices (Vietnam & global markets).
• Understanding of marketing, branding, and digital advertising design workflows.

Skills & Tools

• Proficient in
  Adobe Suite
  : Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Familiarity with
  Figma, After Effects, Premiere, or Motion Graphic tools
  is a plus.
• Basic English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong creativity, storytelling ability, visual logic, and design sensibility.
• Strong time management, ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines.
