About the Role
The
Branding Superintendent
plays a key role in shaping and strengthening
INSEE Vietnam's brand identity and market leadership
. You will lead the development and implementation of strategic branding initiatives that enhance visibility, reputation, and customer engagement across multiple business segments. This position requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong project leadership to ensure brand excellence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with INSEE's vision and business goals.
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer insight analyses to define clear and differentiated brand positioning.
- Manage brand performance metrics (awareness, preference, equity, digital engagement, ROI) to ensure continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for brand innovation, sustainability narratives, and ESG-driven communication.
2. Communication & Campaign Execution
- Plan and lead integrated communication campaigns (digital, social media, PR,...) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to produce creative and impactful branding materials.
- Maintain consistency of visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
- Manage design projects including logos, packaging, corporate collaterals, and digital assets.
3. Customer Engagement
- Develop and execute customer engagement programs such as loyalty initiatives, co-branding activities, and market education campaigns.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to shape brand and product strategies.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to create customer-centric campaigns that build emotional connection and brand loyalty.
5. Budget & Performance Management
- Plan and manage the annual branding budget
- Monitor expenditures, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare reports and insights for management review.
6. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop the Brand Communications team to foster creativity, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and support individual development plans (IDPs).
- Build a collaborative culture aligned with INSEE's values and leadership principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 5 years' experience
in brand management, including
1–3 years
in a managerial role with an international company. - Proven experience in leading integrated branding and communication campaigns.
- Strong experience managing creative agencies and digital marketing partners.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Analytical and creative mindset with a strong understanding of market and consumer insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
TOEIC 725+
or equivalent English proficiency.
