Job description

We are looking for a full-time QA Tester who will ensure product quality, stability, and excellent user experience

Reporting to: Director

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing

  • Test all web, app, and admin panel features end-to-end
  • Identify functional issues, UI/UX issues, backend flow issues
  • Perform regression testing after updates
  • Validate complex multi-step workflows
  • Reproduce developer-reported bugs

Test Case Creation

  • Write structured test cases, scenarios, checklists
  • Maintain a test suite for repeated testing cycles
  • Keep documentation updated for each release

Bug Reporting

  • Log bugs clearly with:
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Expected vs actual results
  • Screenshots / video recordings (Loom, Vimeo, etc.)
  • Device/browser/OS details

API Testing

  • Use Postman to:
  • Validate API response formats
  • Check status codes
  • Verify error handling

Cross-Device + Cross-Browser Testing

  • Android, iOS
  • Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge
  • Desktop + mobile responsiveness

Collaboration

  • Work with PM & Developers
  • Attend sprint calls (if needed)
  • Verify bug fixes and close tickets
  • Provide daily or weekly QA reports
Your skills and experience

Degree requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years in QA testing
  • Experience testing website + mobile apps (Android & IOS) + admin panels
  • Strong manual testing skills
  • Regression/UAT testing experience
  • Good documentation habits
  • Experience with API testing (basic)
  • Ability to find edge-case issues
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good English communication

  • Google Sheets or TestRail (test cases)
  • BrowserStack or Lambda
  • Slack / Zoom / Microsoft Team for communication
  • Mobile device testing tools
