As an HR Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key role within the ITC organization.
- You will be the ambassador of ITC to promote the ITC brand to companies ranging from Startups to Fortune 500
- Your work and actions will have a direct strategic impact on the performance of the company
- You will work with the most influential minds in the digital world besides interacting with the entire HR & Supporting function Team of ITC
- You will play a key role in a fast-growing organization the more we grow, the more you grow
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing resumes, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Job posting, maintaining the job board on ITC official website and other Job posting websites E.g Boss, LinkdedIn, Liepin, and Shixiseng.
- Maintain the company ATS system and follow ITC HR Process thoroughly.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top-quality candidates. Common candidate profiles include senior consultants, project managers/directors, developers, business/data analysts, etc.
- Candidate database managing and expanding, maintaining ITCs current candidate profile. Constantly update the candidate status in internal applications.
- Assist the HR Executive with the paperwork and interview coordination process. E.g. preparing the meeting minutes, and converting candidates resume into the companys formal.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for specific positions. Support the screening, interview invitation, and arrangement.
- Track and analyze market trends and industry developments to stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment practices.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and refine recruitment and consulting processes.
- Assist with the HR Executive and Office Manager, support on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Good attitude towards work and willingness to learn
- Proactive and highly responsible at work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of full cycle of recruitment process
- HR background and related internship/work experience in HR fields would be a plus.
- Related internship/work experience in headhunting would also make you to be more competitive.
