Job Summary

Established by 4M Group and licensed under Decree 38/2018NĐ-CP by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, ITI Fund is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 
Investment Specialist
 to join our team and contribute to identifying and supporting high-potential ventures as well as other strategic projects of 4M Group.

The
Investment Specialist
 works closely with Investment Supervisor to source deals and prepare the relevant research and analysis including quantitative and qualitative studies for investment activities. This position requires a unique combination of good business sense and proven qualitative and quantitative abilities.

Main duties and Responsibilities

• Market Research & Portfolio Support
  : Collaborate with Research and Analysis team to conduct industry research and investment theses across diverse sectors (traditional and tech-driven) to evaluate market attractiveness and competitive landscape; provide strategic support to portfolio companies.
• Deal Sourcing & Screening
  :

Support the Investment Supervisor in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities through proactive networking and industry research, meeting entrepreneurs, and conducting initial screenings to identify promising ventures.
- Investment Evaluation, Due Diligence & Audit:
Conduct comprehensive due diligence on prospective deals, through financial modeling, auditing startup data, validating assumptions, and assessing risks.
- Portfolio monitoring
: Monitor and manage existing investments in the portfolio, tracking key performance metrics and providing strategic as needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement
: Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support smooth execution of projects.
- Memos & Presentations
: Prepare investment memos, reports, presentation materials; pitch, and provide updates to the Investment Committee and internal stakeholders.
- Additional Projects
: Contribute to other Group initiatives beyond startup investment when required (business expansion, corporate innovation, or internal projects).

Key qualifications

The ideal candidate shall be competent in prioritizing and independently working with little supervision. He/she shall be self-motivated, trustworthy, and open-minded.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Candidates with
  MBA or CFA/CPA/ACCA
  are highly valued.
• 4 - 5 years
   of experience in 
  audit
  , 
  venture capital
  , 
  private equity
  , 
  investment banking
  , or 
  corporate finance
  .
• Track record of sourcing and executing successful investment transactions.
• Strong 
  financial modeling
   skills and proficiency in evaluating business plans and financial statements.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese & English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with data visualization or presentation tools (e.g., Canva, Tableau) is an advantage.
