PLANNING & STRATEGY

  • Develop and implement the overall fashion strategy to enhance brand identity.
  • Research industry trends and consumer insights to shape styling and fashion direction.
  • Set goals and KPIs for the fashion team to ensure high performance and innovation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, branding, and creative teams to align fashion initiatives with business objectives.
  • Plan seasonal campaigns, collection styling, and wardrobe direction for brand consistency.

DEPLOYMENT & EXECUTION

  • Oversee the execution of fashion styling, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Supervise styling for photoshoots, events, and digital content, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure fashion elements are properly showcased in visual content.
  • Provide creative direction on outfit selection, styling themes, and visual storytelling.
  • Ensure smooth execution of wardrobe sourcing, fittings, and on-set styling.

TEAM MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the fashion team, including stylists and assistants.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team expertise.
  • Assign tasks, provide feedback, and evaluate team performance regularly.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment within the team.

PARTNERSHIP & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, brands, and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships to secure high-quality fashion resources.
  • Ensure the efficient management of fashion inventory, wardrobe pieces, and styling assets.
  • Optimize budget allocation for styling projects while maintaining quality standards.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in fashion management, styling, or creative leadership
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
  • Good at Vietnamese and English
  • Confident in communication, presentable, and enthusiastic about work.
  • Ability to work in a team, handle and control situations.
  • Ability to observe comprehensively, organize, and execute tasks.
