An Enterprise and Public Sector leads sales efforts within large organizations and government entities, focusing on driving revenue growth, building relationships, and managing a team of sales professionals.They develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
Account Strategy Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue and market share in enterprise key verticals (FSI, Manufacturing, Telecom/Tech, Utilities) and public sector segments (Local Central Government, K12 Education, Higher Education, Private Education).
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts.

Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise and public sector accounts.
  • Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic accounts.

Sales Planning Execution

  • Create and implement account-specific sales plans that optimize customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, solutions engineering) to deliver tailored solutions.

Market Analysis Opportunity Identification

  • Analyze account data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends to inform account strategy.

Performance Reporting Forecasting

  • Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue, pipeline health, and customer engagement.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and insights to leadership to guide strategic decision-making.

To Be Successful In This Role

  • 10+ yearsof sales experience with a strong track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Proven expertise managing strategic accounts in the Public Sector (Education, Government) and very large Enterprise accounts across FSI, Tech/Telecom, and Utilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams to deliver complex solutions and achieve account objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results as an individual contributor.
