In this role, you will:

• Lead the pre-sale process: assess client needs, scope solutions, write clear proposals, and price projects with a sharp eye on risk and margin.
• Translate ambiguous client visions into structured delivery plans with milestones, resourcing, and clear ownership.
• Own the success of fixed-price and project-based engagements end to end, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and on spec.
• Stay two steps ahead of shifting client demands; manage scope creep, risk, and change requests like a chess player, not a firefighter.
• Staff smartly: align the right people to the right work, balance capability vs. cost, and solve the human puzzle in delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; keep them informed, happy, and confident in the partnership.
• Coach, grow, and inspire your delivery leads and project managers, building a resilient, high-performing team.

What will you bring:

• Proven success leading delivery for fixed-price or project-based engagements, ideally in tech, digital, or product environments.
• Strong experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, and risk estimation (you're not afraid of Excel or complexity).
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and how delivery must flex as things evolve.
• Ability to manage ambiguity with confidence, translating messy client needs into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, you know when to push back, when to listen, and how to make clients feel heard.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and compellingly. Fluency in German is a major plus.
• Solid team leadership skills, experience managing delivery leads, PMs, or cross-functional teams.
