Role Description

We're seeking a
Senior Account Manager / Client Manager
to lead key client relationships and drive campaign excellence in Vietnam.

You will own the end-to-end client relationship — from translating business goals into strategic briefs, to overseeing execution with the creator and strategy teams. You'll act as the primary client contact, ensuring campaigns are not only creatively strong but also commercially and operationally sound.

This role requires a blend of
strategic planning, project management, and client leadership
, plus a strong grasp of Vietnam's digital and creator landscape.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years experience in Client Relationship Management and Account Strategy
  • Understanding of Marketing, Communications, and Social Advertising
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Execution, and Branding
  • Strong Analytical Skills for Performance Metrics and Strategy Optimization
  • Deep understanding of Vietnam social trends and landscape
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English & Vietnamese
  • Experience in areas such as Healthcare, FMCG, or Consumer Goods is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
