MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Nhận nhiệm vụ và báo cáo trực tiếp cho trưởng nhóm.
  • Khảo sát – thu thập - phân tích – tài liệu hóa các nguồn dữ liệu từ các hệ thống nghiệp vụ. Đảm bảo Từ điển dữ liệu Nghiệp vụ (Data Business Glossary) và Từ điển dữ liệu Công nghệ (Data Dictionary).
  • Phối hợp với trưởng nhóm xây dựng và tối ưu các mô hình dữ liệu, dashboard/báo cáo tự động bằng các công cụ BI.
  • Đưa ra khuyến nghị dựa trên dữ liệu để tối ưu luồng dữ liệu, tăng trải nghiệm người dùng.
  • Vận hành – kiểm thử - nghiệm thu – đào tạo cho các hệ thống BI triển khai.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành liên quan: Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học dữ liệu, Toán thống kê, Kinh tế lượng hoặc tương đương.
  • Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 02 năm về việc có tham gia làm Business Analyst hoặc Data Analyst cho những dự án sử dụng dữ liệu. Đặc biệt khuyến khích các ứng viên đã làm việc với Dữ liệu lớn (Big Data).
  • Thành thạo một trong các công cụ BI: PowerBI, Looker, Looker Studio…
  • Nắm vững kiến thức về truy vấn dữ liệu SQL.
  • Kiến thức cơ bản về:

    o Các mô hình dữ liệu Star schema, Snowflake schema.

    o Quản trị dữ liệu (Data Governance)

    o Siêu dữ liệu (Metadata)

    o Thiết kế Phân loại dữ liệu nghiệp vụ: Taxonomy – Domain – Glossary – Dictionary.

    o Quản trị dữ liệu Chủ (Master Data Management)

    o Quản trị dữ liệu Tham chiếu (Reference Data Management)
  • Kiến thức cơ bản về công nghệ dữ liệu

    o Lake – House

    o Mô hình dịch vụ dữ liệu

    o Dữ liệu lịch sử

    o Dữ liệu Streaming
  • Các kiến thức khuyến khích có:

    o Kinh nghiệm tham gia các dự án dữ liệu của Ngân hàng – Chứng khoán - An ninh. Các dự án có tính toán tự động

    o Thành thạo các công cụ quản trị dữ liệu

    o Kỹ năng thuyết trình
