We're looking for a passionate Engineering Lead who believes that great software starts with great people. In this role, you'll guide multiple engineering teams, shaping how they design, build, and deliver high-quality solutions. You'll align technical directions across projects, nurture future leaders, and create an environment where engineers feel confident, inspired, and proud of their work.

What are your responsibilities:

• Responsible for the architecture of assigned teams, including project setup, security, and performance topics.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to Team Leads and engineers when needed.
• Ensure software standards, coding conventions, and best practices are consistently applied across all projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of company-wide engineering standards.
• Take ownership of software security practices and promote secure coding principles.
• Share, align, and ensure implementation of standards within assigned teams.
• Gather feedback and propose enhancements to existing guidelines.
• Understand project roadmaps and release plans of assigned teams.
• Be aware of project risks, challenges, and support Team Leads in resolving them when needed.
• Lead and mentor assigned Team Leads to ensure team performance and growth.
• Support recruitment activities and participate in the selection of new engineers.
• Drive and evaluate the performance appraisal process for team members, ensuring fairness and growth orientation.
• Maintain a stable, collaborative, and positive team atmosphere even under pressure.
• Provide technical input and support for pre-sales activities and upcoming projects.
• Self-manage your time and work.

Your skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, and modern development practices.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of software security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineering teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Curious and questioning mindset
• Ability to balance technical depth with business needs and project constraints.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
