  1. Sales activities

  2. Understand the sales team's numerical targets and KPI (1 year, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month, 1 week, 1 day) to achieve the company's annual budget indicated by the manager.

  3. Implement action plans based on KPI.

  4. Develop new customers, make appointments, conduct business negotiations, provide service proposals and facility information, and win contracts.

  5. Regularly visit and communicate with existing and new customers to build and strengthen relationships that enable future business.

  6. Work closely with Sales Manager to ensure rate negotiations meet the company's financial needs.

  7. Cooperation with events to improve customer satisfaction

  8. Team communication

  9. Cooperation and support for sales promotion and awareness activities

  10. Other duties based on Sup/Mg's requirement
