With a reputation for excellence, we specialize in high-quality backpacks for global markets. We are seeking a skilled Backpack Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Thu Duc.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Backpack Merchandiser (MD) at Astro Saigon Ltd. located in Thu Đuc. The Merchandiser will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, and marketing in the backpack segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product and sample development to meet client specifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with foreign clients.
• Facilitate and lead development meetings to align with client needs.
• Oversee production follow-ups with factories to ensure timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage documents and reports related to product development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in merchandising or a similar role in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with backpacks or other garment products.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a client-first approach.
• Strong sales and marketing acumen to identify opportunities and add value.
• Solid organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with backpack market trends and industry standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
