Internship in Sales Department

Are you a university student majoring in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field? Do you have a passion for learning and strong communication skills? In this intern role, you will work on interesting tasks, support Fleet & Used Car (F&U) team with seasonal sales projects or company events, prepare PowerPoint files for meetings with dealers, handle customers visiting MBV for MB car sales, assist F&U in checking reimbursement documents, and support Dealer for processes and procedures. On top of that, you will definitely gain insight into our sales department by working closely with our dealers while assisting in the collection and consolidation of reports from other internal departments for the monthly Field force meetings with dealers to expand your knowledge:

• Conduct data analysis and prepare monthly reports and presentations.
• Check and process reimbursement documentation.
• Verify customer data and follow up on new car & used car vehicle sales and contract completion.
• Collect vehicle information from Pre delivery inspection (PDI) & Customer services (CS), including checklists, photographs, and posting to Comsys for bidding and CMS.
• Support the organization and execution of events and dealer meetings.

Qualifikationen

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic F&U Sales Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Remains a student throughout the 6-month internship period, concluding at the end of January 2026.
• Undergraduate student majoring in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Strong communication skills (both Vietnamese and English).
• Attention to detail and careful work habits.
