Job Summary:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure an exceptional customer service experience for all patients.
  • Manage the reception, customer services, cashier, and document team; coordinate appointment scheduling; and maintain smooth clinic flow to support both patients and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train front desk staff in customer care and service procedures.
  • Ensure efficient patient registration, scheduling, and billing coordination.
  • Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient experience.
  • Monitor service quality, waiting times, and front desk performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Service (Educational, Visa, any other service), Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in customer service management, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
