  • Develop and schedule workflow for each Manufacturing Center based on reviewed capacity.
  • Process customer orders from Customer Service and define the target completion date.
  • Collaborate with Materials Planning to ensure raw material readiness and address shortages when needed.
  • Prepare and review weekly reports on delayed orders and forecast potential backlogs.
  • Meet with Manufacturing teams to analyze root causes of order delays and define recovery actions.
  • Align daily and weekly production schedules with the master plan.
  • Coordinate promptly with production when issues arise or risks may impact delivery commitments.
  • Review and maintain production capacity on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Monitor component availability before issuing the production plan.
  • Participate in supporting new project launches.
  • Manage Engineering Change activities to evaluate material impact on production.
  • Generate weekly production work orders in ERP, print material request lists, and release them to production.
  • Develop production master plans for each Manufacturing Center in line with headcount planning.
  • Resolve supply and demand conflicts, including BOM routing and material issues.
  • Maintain and improve documentation to comply with company standards and 5S housekeeping practices.
  • Assist production in headcount reviews.
  • Provide weekly Production Line Utilization reports.
  • Approve and release holiday overtime plans.
  • Track daily finished goods inventory, compare against delivery schedules, and report to relevant functions.
  • Review daily production output with line leaders and adjust plans when required.
  • Conduct weekly capacity reviews with Manufacturing Centers and plant management.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent (Preferably Business/ Supply chain management)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Production Control/ Material Control/ Supply Chain Management
  • Knowledge & experience with Oracle systems.
  • Excellent in Excel (VBA/ Power BI is a big plus)
  • Knowledge of APQP
  • Business knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English 4 skills
  • Experienced in building new processes and plants.
