INTRODUCTION & RESPONSIBILITY

Your responsibilities:

  • Design, improve, and deploy low-latency trading strategies in a live trading environment.
  • Write production-quality code for trading models, ensuring reliability, speed, and robustness.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize trading performance to ensure model efficacy across markets.
  • Work with large-scale trading and transaction datasets; extract insights and integrate them into both existing and new strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the technology team on code development, model testing, system integration, and writing technical documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Postgraduate degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quant Researcher / Quant Trader at a proprietary trading firm (HFT / MFT).
  • Strong programming ability in at least one major language (Python preferred; or C++ also welcome).
  • Robust understanding of financial markets and the ability to communicate clearly and operate effectively under pressure.
  • A proven track record in quantitative trading, ideally within a systematic or data-driven environment.
  • Prior experience working with trading systems, market data, or quantitative investment processes is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Linux systems and shell scripting is a plus.
