Job description
  • Xây dựng và phát triển chiến lược AI phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh tổng thể của công ty.
  • Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ: AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers,...
  • Giám sát quá trình nghiên cứu, thử nghiệm và triển khai các mô hình AI/ML vào sản phẩm, dịch vụ hoặc quy trình nội bộ.
  • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các phòng ban như Sản phẩm, CNTT, Kinh doanh… để đề xuất giải pháp AI nhằm:
  • Tối ưu hiệu suất vận hành
  • Cải thiện trải nghiệm người dùng
  • Tạo ra sản phẩm/dịch vụ mới
  • Theo dõi xu hướng công nghệ AI toàn cầu, đánh giá tính ứng dụng vào mô hình kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp.
  • Quản lý ngân sách và nguồn lực dự án AI, đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng.
  • Thiết lập tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, quy trình làm việc và hệ thống kiểm soát chất lượng cho mô hình AI.
  • Đảm bảo các dự án AI tuân thủ đạo đức nghề nghiệp, quy định pháp lý và chính sách bảo mật dữ liệu.
Your skills and experience

Kiến thức và kinh nghiệm:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành: Khoa học Máy tính, Trí tuệ Nhân tạo, Khoa học Dữ liệu hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực AI/ML, trong đó có ít nhất 2 năm ở vị trí quản lý nhóm hoặc dự án.
  • Có kinh nghiệm triển khai thực tế các dự án AI như:
  • Xử lý ngôn ngữ tự nhiên (NLP)
  • Thị giác máy tính (Computer Vision)
  • Hệ thống gợi ý, Chatbot, Predictive Analytics
  • Kiến thức vững về Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning,...
  • Thành thạo ít nhất một ngôn ngữ lập trình: Python, R và các thư viện/framework: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn,...
  • Hiểu biết về kiến trúc hệ thống, nền tảng dữ liệu (Data Platform), DevOps/MLOps là lợi thế.

Kỹ năng:

  • Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý đội nhóm, xây dựng lộ trình phát triển năng lực cho nhân sự.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình, làm việc hiệu quả với các bộ phận liên quan.
  • Tư duy chiến lược, khả năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề phức tạp.
  • Khả năng quản lý đa dự án và làm việc trong môi trường thay đổi nhanh.

Ngôn ngữ:

  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh tốt (đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành, viết báo cáo, giao tiếp).
