The Role

We're hiring a
Senior Full-Stack Engineer / Founding Engineer

(with potential to grow into
CTO

) to lead the development of VexRail's
core analytics and ad-serving engine

— from SDKs and data pipelines to real-time APIs and dashboards.

You'll work directly with the founder to design and build the foundational systems that power
PromptGraph

,
IntentScore

, and the privacy-first design that fuels AI-native advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and scale the
    core analytics pipeline

(SDK → API → DB → Dashboard).
- Develop high-performance
backend services

for real-time event tracking and intent clustering.
- Implement and optimize
vector and event storage

using Redis 8, ClickHouse, MongoDB, or Qdrant.
- Build intuitive
publisher dashboards

with and TypeScript.
- Develop
advertiser APIs

for contextual bidding and ad placement.
- Own
technical direction, code standards, and CI/CD setup

- Collaborate on
privacy and SDK architecture

(PII-free, context-only).
- Mentor junior engineers as the product scales.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-stack or backend experience.
  • Strong in
    TypeScript, , and

(Go or Python is a plus).
- Experience with
event-driven systems

- Familiarity with

(Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embeddings.
- Understanding of
