About the role:

This role is ideal for someone who loves technology, enjoys customer engagement, and wants to stay at the forefront of Cloud and AI innovation. You will gain deep knowledge, hands-on experience, and an opportunity to grow with one of the most dynamic AWS partners in Southeast Asia.

Position Summary

As a SA Presales, you will:

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design the right AWS-based solutions.
  • Lead technical pre-sales discussions, solution architecture design, and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Partner with sales and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable cloud solutions.
  • Help customers embrace modernization, security, and AI-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and demonstrate cloud-based services and solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and participate in solution design and proposal development.
  • Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects to validate solution effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure solutions align with customer goals.
  • Document solution architecture and ensure smooth handover to the delivery team.
  • Continuously learn and share knowledge about the latest AWS and AI technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Qualifications and Experience

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • AWS or other Cloud certifications (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Cybersecurity and Data solutions is an advantage.

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure, or Information Security.
  • Strong experience with AWS services (Google Cloud or Azure experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to design or support secure, scalable cloud architectures.
