Role Description

  • Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and Salesforce implementation partners to ensure platform solutions align with real business needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across departments (Customer Service, Sales, Operations, etc.) with a focus on process optimization and automation.
  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions and workflows that enhance usability, performance, and business outcomes.
  • Define and maintain end-to-end process flows, data models, and system integrations between Salesforce and core systems (e.g., onboarding, trading, KYC).
  • Participate in platform roadmap planning, prioritize enhancements, and support the rollout of new modules.
  • Lead and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), regression testing, and quality control activities to ensure solution quality and business alignment.
  • Stay current with Salesforce features and best practices and proactively recommend improvements to maximize platform value.
  • Contribute to platform governance, documentation, and standards to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner on Salesforce CRM projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Flows, Automation, Custom Objects, and Integrations.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for enterprise workflows and customer lifecycle management.
  • Solid knowledge of customer service and operational processes, preferably in financial services or fintech.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder).
  • Experience working in or with companies in the Vietnamese banking, securities, or financial services sector.
  • Experience with platform governance, DevOps process for Salesforce, or Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud is a plus.
