Job Description:
- Handle Social insurance
- Handle monthly attendant & overtime management
- Handle purchasing (equipment, printing, marketing promotion…) and distributing
- Handle apartment rental
- Handle company events and ceremonies
- Handle PA & Healthcare insurance, office multi-risk
- Consult company guideline to staff
- Handle business trip procedure
- Supervise reception work, attendance and leave management
- Handle information on Think next and Knox portal system
- Support necessary document for Expatriate (Visa, work permit, residence card, school fee…)
- Handle other duties as required by Head of HR & Admin Department and BOD.
