Job Description:

  • Handle Social insurance
  • Handle monthly attendant & overtime management
  • Handle purchasing (equipment, printing, marketing promotion…) and distributing
  • Handle apartment rental
  • Handle company events and ceremonies
  • Handle PA & Healthcare insurance, office multi-risk
  • Consult company guideline to staff
  • Handle business trip procedure
  • Supervise reception work, attendance and leave management
  • Handle information on Think next and Knox portal system
  • Support necessary document for Expatriate (Visa, work permit, residence card, school fee…)
  • Handle other duties as required by Head of HR & Admin Department and BOD.
