— Người đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc
phân tích, kiểm thử và tư vấn các giải pháp công nghệ phù hợp cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp
, đồng thời phối hợp với đội Sales và Tech để mang lại những hệ thống tối ưu và đáng tin cậy nhất.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC CHÍNH

  • Thiết lập và kiểm thử môi trường
    lab mô phỏng
    , đảm bảo giải pháp được kiểm chứng trước khi triển khai thực tế.
  • Phân tích yêu cầu,
    hỗ trợ thiết kế và trình bày giải pháp kỹ thuật
    cùng đội Presales/Sales.
  • Phối hợp chuyển giao thông tin kỹ thuật cho đội triển khai, theo dõi và hỗ trợ khách hàng trong suốt vòng đời dự án.
  • Tham gia đánh giá nội bộ, góp phần
    nâng cao năng lực kỹ thuật và tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ
    của công ty.

YÊU CẦU

  • Tốt nghiệp
    Cao đẳng/Đại học ngành CNTT, Mạng máy tính, Kỹ thuật máy tính
    hoặc tương đương.
  • Có
    1–3 năm kinh nghiệm
    trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật, hỗ trợ triển khai hoặc Presales.
  • Hiểu biết cơ bản về
    network, security, software operation
    .
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp rõ ràng, phối hợp đa bộ phận, tư duy logic và chủ động xử lý tình huống kỹ thuật.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ
    CCNA, CompTIA Network+
    hoặc từng làm trong lĩnh vực
    B2B / System Integration / Solution Provider
    .
