British International School Hanoi is looking to appoint a Purchasing Coordinator to join our talented and dedicated team from November 2025.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a dedicated member to deliver exceptional support in managing supplier sourcing, purchasing of school resources, and travel arrangements. You'll work across teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies and help improve purchasing processes—all in support of our mission to inspire global citizens.
