Mô tả công việc

  1. Phát triển tính năng SDK Chatbot, frontend: xây dựng và triển khai các use case về chatbot trên CAIP và AI products.

  2. Tối ưu hiệu năng SDK/Frontend: cải tiến performance, giảm thiểu độ trễ, đảm bảo mượt mà trên Android & iOS, web.

  3. Cải tiến khả năng tích hợp: đảm bảo SDK dễ sử dụng, có tài liệu rõ ràng, giảm effort tích hợp cho dev teams.

  4. Giám sát & monitoring: đề xuất giải pháp monitoring SDK, phát hiện nhanh crash/bug logic.

  5. Hỗ trợ vận hành: xử lý sự cố mức Level 3, phối hợp với Ops để đảm bảo sản phẩm vận hành ổn định.

  6. Nghiên cứu & cải tiến: cập nhật công nghệ mobile & AI/GenAI mới để nâng cấp SDK, phát triển front-end.

  7. Tài liệu & truyền thông: viết technical doc, hướng dẫn tích hợp SDK, trao đổi với các team nội bộ & đối tác.

  8. Tuân thủ quy trình IT: thực hiện theo System Development Life Cycle và chuẩn Clean Architecture.

Yêu cầu công việc
  • Cử nhân/Thạc sĩ CNTT, Khoa học máy tính hoặc tương đương.
  • Tối thiểu 2 năm phát triển mobile app (Android hoặc iOS) và phát triển frontend.
  • Bắt buộc thành thạo Kotlin hoặc SwiftUI (ít nhất một trong hai).
  • Có hiểu biết cơ bản về Flutter và React Native.
  • Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm/hiểu biết về AI/Generative AI.
  • Ưu tiên có hiểu biết về nghiệp vụ ngân hàng.
  • Hiểu sâu về OOP, SOLID, Clean Architecture.
  • Thành thạo về GIT
  • Hiểu biết về Module Repo và Micro Fontend
  • Thành thạo System Development Life Cycle.
  • Kỹ năng phân tích, giao tiếp kỹ thuật & phi kỹ thuật.
  • Tư duy logic, giải quyết vấn đề, teamwork tốt.
  • Tiếng Anh: đọc/viết bắt buộc, nghe/nói là lợi thế.
  • Chủ động, chịu áp lực deadline, kỹ năng trình bày & quản lý thời gian tốt.
  • Ham học hỏi, sẵn sàng mở rộng sang Backend và Frontend là lợi thế
