Role Summary

Vị trí Manager, Artist & Label Partnership là người dẫn dắt chiến lược phát triển nghệ sĩ và label partners trên nền tảng MFan, chịu trách nhiệm mở rộng danh mục nghệ sĩ, tối ưu hoá mô hình fandom business và quản lý team triển khai (executives, interns).

Bạn là người định hình mối quan hệ chiến lược giữa MFan và toàn bộ hệ sinh thái nghệ sĩ Việt.

Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Strategy & Growth
  • Xây dựng chiến lược mở rộng mạng lưới nghệ sĩ, label và đối tác quản lý cho MFan.
  • Đàm phán và phát triển quan hệ đối tác dài hạn, đảm bảo mutual value và growth cho cả nghệ sĩ và nền tảng.
  • Thiết kế và giám sát kế hoạch fandom launch, membership strategy, monetization model cho từng nghệ sĩ.
2. Artist Success & Operations
  • Quản lý quy trình onboarding nghệ sĩ, từ signing setup launch optimization.
  • Đảm bảo chất lượng trải nghiệm nghệ sĩ và fandom (content flow, event integration, data insight).
  • Làm việc chéo với các bộ phận nội bộ: Tech, Product, Creative, Marketing, Legal, Finance.
3. Team Management
  • Quản lý và phát triển team Artist Partnership (Executive / Coordinator).
  • Đặt mục tiêu, giám sát hiệu suất, và hướng dẫn kỹ năng phát triển mối quan hệ nghệ sĩ.
  • Đảm bảo pipeline đối tác được duy trì và cập nhật liên tục.
4. Business & Reporting
  • Theo dõi kết quả kinh doanh của từng fandom (subscription, engagement, revenue, retention).
  • Báo cáo định kỳ cho Head of MFan & Head of MMusic.
  • Đóng góp insight thị trường và định hướng mở rộng khu vực (SEA / global).
Qualifications
  • 5–8 năm kinh nghiệm trong artist management, label relations, entertainment business, brand collaboration hoặc platform partnership.
  • Có network mạnh trong giới nghệ sĩ, label, hoặc industry partner.

Có khả năng tư duy chiến lược, quản lý team, và đàm phán ở cấp cao.

  • Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng partnership model, thương thảo revenue share, licensing, và business growth.
  • Sử dụng tiếng Anh tốt (ưu tiên biết thêm tiếng Hàn hoặc Trung).
