In this role, you will lead end-to-end PnR implementation, collaborate directly with customers on technical requirements, drive flow optimization, and mentor fresher/junior engineers. This position is ideal for experienced PD engineers who want to grow into technical leadership and team management.Requirements3+ years of experience in ASIC physical design including floorplan, power planning, placement, clock tree synthesis, routing, timing, and signal integrity.Bachelor or MS Degree in EE or related.Must have solid knowledge on digital/analog electrical; knowledge on verilog/ synthesis/ floorplan will be a plus.Experience of working on top level design with chip level floor plan is a plus.Familiar with Cadence EDI, Synopsys ICC design flow and Mentor Calibre for physical design engineerFamiliar with TCL/ Perl scripting and design automation.Fluent in English is a plusBenefit & PerksSuccessful candidates will be part of a friendly, motivated and committed talent teams with various benefits and attractive offers:Competitive salary in labor marketProject bonuses when you join ODC (Offshore Development Center) projects100% full salary in probation period"FPT care" health insurance provided by PIJICO and is exclusive for FPT employeesRecharge and relax with paid annual summer vacationOpportunities to work onsite in Korea, Japan, or TaiwanInternal Training (Technical & Functional).
