A. Role Purpose & Main Responsibilities

Our role is to manage the quality, consistency and reliability of management information used to track progress on Technology & Enterprise Operations (T&EO) strategy and performance. These are to demonstrate sustainable value creation within an effective risk framework.

• Co-ordination of inputs used to track progress across T&EO risk and compliance activities.
• Development of complete, accurate and timely management information for cross-division T&EO activities to facilitate day-to-day risk management and enable oversight.
• Maintain a disciplined focus on simplification and sustainable outcomes.
• Translating data and analysis to promote actionable insights and business value.
• Review and challenge management information.
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City

B. Capabilities, Experience, and Qualification Requirements

Reporting and MI

• Collate and deliver accurate, timely and relevant management information
• Analysis of data to drive insights into reports
• Understanding of data supply chains and preparation of data-driven metrics

Consulting

• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations / timelines
• Ability to work with business and technical leads to understand requirements and craft solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking, along with analytical and innovative problem solver
• Superior time management, organisation skills and resilience

Data Analysis

• Knowledge of data processes including data extraction, analysis, and visualisation
• Knowledge of digital technical technologies

Qualification Requirements

• 5-8 years' experience in technology, consulting, banking, or financial services.
• Highly regarded reporting, governance, risk, and change experience
• Degree in Business / Technology.
