Role Description

• Control the quality standards of washed garments by conducting 1st lot review, AQL checking at wash plants.
• Participate in pre-production meeting / risk analysis meeting to give out the quality standards and requirements of new styles.
• Follow up general audit findings to make sure wash plants will do the corrective actions and preventive actions at the right time.
• Conduct the training to Wash QC team members to make sure they understand the requirements and follow up the work instructions.
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Textile Technology, Garment Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Quality Management, and other related fields.
• Knowledge of Garment Manufacturing Process, Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Standards of Customers, Wash Process, and Chemical Management
• Communication skills, Problem Solving skills, Time Management skills
• Presentation skills, Negotiation skills, MS Office skills
• Teamwork, Attention to detail
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in similar capacity
