ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Merchandise Buyer to join our dynamic team in the luxury fashion industry. This position plays a key role in selecting, purchasing, and managing product assortments that reflect the brand's DNA, meet sales targets, and resonate with our customers' lifestyle and aspirations.
The roles and responsibilities of the
Merchandiser
include but are not limited to:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute seasonal buying strategies aligned with the company's vision, brand positioning, and market trends.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer insights to optimize product selection and stock replenishment.
- Work closely with international and local suppliers to negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with the related teams to ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Forecast and monitor product demand to maintain healthy stock levels and minimize overstock.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, competitors' collections, and market movements.
- Prepare regular reports on buying performance, sales results, and market insights for management review.
- Support the launch of new collections and coordinate with stores for effective roll-outs.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related fields.
Employment/Professional Experience:
at least 3 years of experience in merchandising or buying, particularly in Retail/Luxury Retail or Premium Fashion Brands.

- Deep insight in the fashion landscape, especially luxury segment.
- Strong analytical skills with a good sense of trend and product aesthetics.

- Fluent in English and local language (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under fast-paced retail environments.
