Android Developer

to join our Tech Team. In this role, you'll work on building high-quality Android applications, optimizing performance, and delivering features that enhance user experience.

As part of a product squad, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Testers throughout the entire development lifecycle from ideation, coding, and testing to release and post-launch optimization. This is a great opportunity for junior engineers who want to sharpen their Android expertise in a

Responsibilities:

  • App Development:

Design, build, and maintain Android applications using
Java/Kotlin

and the Android SDK.
- Feature Implementation:

Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers to implement new features aligned with product requirements.
- Debugging & Performance:

Identify and fix bugs, improve app performance, and ensure stability across a wide range of Android devices.
- Code Quality:

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
- Integration:

Work with REST APIs, third-party SDKs (ads, analytics, payments), and Firebase services.
- Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest Android frameworks, libraries, and Google Play policies.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

1–2 years of Android development experience (academic projects, internships, or junior roles).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    Java/Kotlin

and Android Studio.
- Familiarity with Android UI components, layouts, and Material Design.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and local databases (Room, SQLite).
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Firebase, push notifications, or in-app ads SDKs.
  • Basic knowledge of publishing apps on Google Play Store.
