  • Lead and manage full-cycle development projects, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members.
  • Introduce process improvements, optimize development workflows, and ensure high code quality.
  • Drive automation initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Contribute to architectural planning, scalability, and system performance optimization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices to continuously enhance our service.
  • Other related tasks

  • Over 7 years of full-stack experience (backend, frontend, DevOps)
  • Over 5 years of experience as a tech lead, leading teams of 5 or more people.

  • Implementation of automation processes such as CI;
  • Environment setup and operation using public cloud like AWS;
