  • Plan, create, and update product pages: Register and manage product information such as descriptions, pricing, and images to ensure appealing and accurate listings.
  • Develop pricing and promotion strategies: Analyze market trends and competitors to set optimal prices and design promotional campaigns to maximize sales.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports: Regularly review sales performance and advertising results to identify improvement areas and implement action plans.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders: Work closely with logistics, customer service, marketing teams, and platform representatives (Lazada/Shopee) to streamline the sales process.
  • Handle customer reviews and inquiries: Respond to customer feedback and questions promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Other tasks assigned by Japanese managers.
