We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer / React) with the potential to step into a Tech Lead role

Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Functional Duties

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external project members to provide technical insights and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Deeply understand system architecture, refine technical standards, and promote coding best practices.
  • Proactively detect and resolve system issues, mitigate technical risks, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Design and build scalable backend services that ensure top performance, stability, and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain complex, high-performing web services and interfaces to enhance customer experience.
  • Mentor teammates through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practice guidance.
  • Continuously improve system usability and performance while staying updated on new technologies and trends.

Reporting & Monitoring

  • Maintain clear, detailed technical documentation for all software, systems, and processes.
  • Work closely with the PDM for consistent reporting, planning, and project tracking.
  • Prepare and present project reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress and performance.

Cooperation & Collaboration

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams, departments, and stakeholders.
  • Champion company standards and technical excellence across all projects.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with third-party development partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
Your skills and experience

Core Requirements

  • Experience Mastery: Minimum 6 years as a Developer and 3 years as a Developer.
  • Database & Performance: Expert in advanced PostgreSQL and performance tuning; experienced with cache servers (Redis/Memcache).
  • DevOps & Cloud: Deep expertise with Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), and cloud computing platforms.
  • System Ownership: Thorough knowledge of the entire application development lifecycle (planning, documenting, leading large projects), and proven expertise in investigating and resolving production issues.

Soft Skills: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, lead team problem-solving, and possess professional English written and conversational verbal skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Flutter (3 years).
  • Knowledge of system migration/rebuilding and DevOps Automation/IaC concepts (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
  • Team leadership experience.
