dtcpay Vietnam is seeking an experienced Director to lead our Vietnam operations, drive business growth, and ensure strong execution across commercial, regulatory, and operational functions. This role is key to expanding dtcpay's presence in Vietnam and delivering secure, compliant, and innovative payments solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Lead dtcpay Vietnam's business strategy, growth initiatives, and market execution.
  • Oversee daily operations, compliance, licensing, and risk management in Vietnam.
  • Build and manage relationships with banks, partners, merchants, regulators, and enterprise clients.
  • Drive revenue targets, operational KPIs, and P&L performance.
  • Lead and grow the local team; establish a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure alignment with regional leadership and group policies.

What are we looking for:

  • 8+ years of senior leadership experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnam's payments regulations and business environment.
  • Proven track record in partnership development, business expansion, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • High integrity, strategic mindset, and strong execution capability.
