9h - 18h, Thứ Hai - Thứ Sáu

Thử việc:
2 tháng

Công việc chính:

  • Thiết kế
    ý tưởng kiến trúc (concept & massing)
    cho công trình lớn và biểu tượng đô thị.
  • Phát triển thiết kế qua các giai đoạn:
    Concept → Thiết kế cơ sở → Phát triển thiết kế → Hồ sơ kỹ thuật
    (Senior mạnh phần triển khai).
  • Dựng mô hình 3D với Rhino và diễn hoạ bằng công cụ render như Enscape.
  • Làm việc team và
    phối hợp với khách hàng
    để tối ưu thẩm mỹ + công năng.
  • (Senior ưu tiên) Am hiểu
    quy chuẩn xây dựng Việt Nam
    và có Giấy phép hành nghề kiến trúc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

  • Bằng cấp chuyên môn về
    Kiến trúc
    (Professional Architecture Degree).
  • 1-5 năm kinh nghiệm
    làm việc với
    công trình quy mô lớn
    tại các văn phòng kiến trúc.
  • Tư duy làm việc
    hợp tác, thích ứng và linh hoạt
    , phối hợp tốt với các bên liên quan.
  • Giao tiếp tiếng Anh
    là một điểm cộng.
  • Thành thạo các công cụ:
    Rhino, AutoCAD
    , và trình bày hình ảnh qua
    Adobe Creative Suite
    ; khả năng diễn hoạ/render bằng
    Enscape
    hoặc
    D5 Render.
  • Am hiểu quy chuẩn xây dựng Việt Nam
    , và có Giấy phép hành nghề kiến trúc sư là lợi thế lớn với ứng viên Senior.
