OUR CLIENT

The company is looking for a Software QA Test Development Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and report on software testing activities. You will design and develop automation scripts, testing tools, and integration tests to enhance QA productivity and optimize test coverage.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about improving software quality. You'll be responsible for identifying weaknesses in systems, developing effective test strategies, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze product specifications and translate them into detailed test coverage plans.
  • Design, execute, and monitor test cases while tracking progress, documenting defects, and reporting key results to stakeholders.
  • Develop automation for test scenarios and contribute to the design and maintenance of scalable testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues, manage the defect lifecycle, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Reproduce and validate customer-reported problems and confirm the effectiveness of implemented fixes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science (already graduated), Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field. AI experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Shell, or C++, with solid experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
  • Proven track record in designing and automating test cases for APIs and user interfaces, along with strong troubleshooting and failure analysis abilities.
  • Experience in AI and model testing, including LLM benchmarking, automated validation, and maintaining comprehensive test coverage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail, solid understanding of quality standards, and effective time management.
  • Clear and confident communicator in both written and spoken English, capable of working independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn and explore cutting-edge technologies.
  • Experience with GPU-based computing, especially involving parallel programming (e.g., CUDA/OpenCL) and deep learning frameworks, is highly valued.
