Computer Vision Engineer

1. Responsible

• Design and build advanced computer vision algorithms for challenging tasks like real-time object tracking, 3D reconstruction, and video generation. You'll work with state-of-the-art models and techniques, including GANs, Diffusion, NeRFs, and 3D Gaussian Splatting.
• Optimize deep learning models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency. You'll be responsible for ensuring our algorithms meet strict real-time processing requirements on various hardware platforms.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers to explore and implement the latest breakthroughs in deep learning. You'll contribute to projects that integrate novel AI solutions across the company.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. You will help improve our team's software development lifecycle by contributing to coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation.
• Rigorously test and evaluate models to ensure their reliability, robustness, and fairness. You will play a key role in developing trustworthy AI that adheres to privacy and security standards.
• Mentor and guide interns and junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a supportive, collaborative team environment.

2. Requirements

1. Important:

• A solid understanding of fundamental concepts in computer vision, image processing, and deep learning.
• Hands-on experience building, training, and deploying deep learning models for CV applications (e.g., object detection, 3D reconstruction, generative models).
• Proficiency in at least one major deep learning framework, such as PyTorch (preferred) or TensorFlow.
• Excellent programming skills in Python and/or C++, with a firm grasp of core algorithms and data structures.

2. Nice to have:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in computer vision or AI.
• Familiarity with model deployment, on-prem infrastructure and API design.
• Exposure to or experience with multimodal models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a focus on developing practical, product-oriented solutions.
• A proactive and curious learner with the ability to conduct independent research and quickly master new technologies.
