About the team
Global Business Solutions (GBS) is responsible for the commercialization of global products led by TikTok. We provide integrated digital marketing solutions for global brands and advertisers, covering functions such as regional sales, sales operations, channel management, commercial strategy, B2B marketing, marketing science, commercial partnerships, and commercial content safety.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
- Be an integral part of the sales team to support driving sales activities that help the team deepen partnerships and grow revenue across multiple industries in Vietnam.
- Support and assist activities across the sales lifecycle, including but not limited to: research, analytics, presentation preparation, client onboarding, basic campaign execution, daily performance monitor – ensuring processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
- Ad Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all advertisements adhere to TikTok's advertising policies and best practices, maintaining brand safety and compliance.
- Build a One-Pager: Identify clients' challenges and build a scalable solution and go-to-market strategy to support clients and bring more opportunities.
- Coordinate internal projects and action items to support successful execution of projects.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate logistics and handle other administrative tasks to support client-facing activities. Draft meeting minutes and follow up on action points after internal or client meetings.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, Communication, Economics, or any related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English is required.
- Available to work at least 3 days/week for a minimum of 6 months.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities: Being able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, and meet deadlines.
