We are seeking talented Backend Developer (Java and .NET) to join a large-scale project.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the development team to meet challenging project requirements.
  • Provide accurate workload estimates for application development.
  • Develop, implement, and unit test application code.
  • Support other team members with technical issues and participate in performance evaluation.
  • Contribute ideas for system architecture and design improvement.
  • Stay motivated and updated on the latest trends in web design and development.
  • Work closely with the QA team to ensure software quality and stability.
  • Review deliverables from junior team members.
  • Write functional requirement documents and technical specifications.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Follow company and project processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Participate in team activities to strengthen collaboration and teamwork.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework (Core), C#, or Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Familiarity with relational databases; experience with Oracle is a strong advantage.
  • "Can-do" attitude, good communication, and active listening.
  • Detail-oriented, logical thinker with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
  • Good command of English
