Job Purpose

- Chịu trách nhiệm về nhân sự trong trại
- Chịu trách nhiệm về thống kê sản xuất
- Chịu trách nhiệm về SHE&EN và SHE KPI

Job Description (Accountability)

1. Quản lý nhân sự:
- Tiếp Nhận kiểm tra hồ sơ công nhân viên mới
- Thực hiện các giấy tờ liên quan đến CNV ( Nghỉ việc, nghỉ phép, nghỉ thai sản, nghỉ bệnh…)
- Cập nhật thông tin, thông báo của công ty cho CNV
- Đăng ký tăng ca, thực hiện các cv trong Alltime
- Làm việc với phòng nhân sự các vấn đề liên quan đến công nhân viên
2. Thống Kê sản xuất:
- Thực hiện nhập số liệu sản xuất trong WIinfarm
- Báo cáo daily, wekkly, summary...
- Lập kế hoạch Đặt cám , thuốc, vacine..., Mở phiếu nhận hàng
- Xuất hóa đơn bán hàng ( Bán trứng, bán vịt loại, bán phân...)
3. Công việc SHE&EN, SHE KPI
- Thu thập, thống kê, lập báo cáo SHE KPI, nhập lên hệ thống
- Lập báo cáo kết quả thực hiện SHE KPI, đưa ra mục tiêu hàng năm
- Kế hoạch thực hiện an toàn sức khỏe vệ sinh môi trường lao động
- Kế hoạch đào tạo, diễn tập, kiểm tra an toàn hàng năm
- Báo cáo kết quả thực hiện hàng năm
- Thực hiện mục tiêu môi trường, Dự án giảm thiểu chất thải, giảm năng lượng...
- Cập nhật Luật của nhà nước vào sản xuất, sức khỏe, an toàn, môi trường, người lao động
4. Đặt hàng, thanh toán
- Thực hiện công việc trên SAP ( Nhận hàng, xuất hàng...)
- Thực hiện công việc OP ( mở đơn Đặt hàng, Theo dõi PO...)
- Làm thanh toán OE
- Thống kê chi phí sản xuất

Competencies Education Bachelor Degrees trong Accounting Diploma trong Veterinary Medicine Experience

Không cần kinh nghiệm

Knowledge

- Kiến thức về tin học văn phòng.
- Tiếng Anh cơ bản- Hỗ trợ đào tạo kiến thức công việc cho công nhân viên

- Kiến thức về thiết lập mục tiêu trong sản xuất cũng như trong an toàn vệ sinh môi truồng lao động
- Hiểu biết về các Nghị định, Quy định của Chính phủ liên quan đến sản xuất tại trang trại

Skills

- Kiểm tra và hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố cho Trại

• Dự án tăng kết quả sản xuất (Tổng kết)

• Dự án giảm chi phí sản xuất (Tổng tiết kiệm/Năm)"
