*BROAD FUNCTION OF JOB*
The job holder is responsible for provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.

Duties And Responsibilities
*Legal risk*

• Review on Suppliers documents, ongoing cases and other documentation to identify legal risk.
• Advise relevant divisions/ departments on appropriate courses of action for legal protection and risk management, especially on contract management.
• Provide and interpret legal information to relevant divisions/ departments, keeping them updated with legal issues.
• Ensure that all contract templates, checklists, and trackers are maintained, updated, and properly implemented to mitigate recurring risks.

*Policy development*

• Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the Legal Manager to standardize internal approval processes, e-contract systems, and compliance practices.
• Assist in conducting legal training sessions and internal audits (contract, AML, compliance).

*Regulatory compliance*

• Formulate compliance check-lists to avoid the missing of any requirement.
• Monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.
• Coordinate licensing, reporting, and compliance activities between HCMC and Hanoi stores, ensuring timely filings and accurate documentation.
• Prepare monthly compliance summaries and legal updates for submission to the Legal Manager.

*Contract management*

• Supervise the contract review and approval process from request to signature, ensuring all agreements are logged, reviewed, and filed systematically.
• Assist in dispute resolution or legal proceedings by coordinating with relevant departments and external counsel when required.

Supporting Other Departments

• Provide legal support and constructive guidance to other departments with a spirit of goodwill and collaboration, ensuring that all activities comply with internal company policies and applicable laws.
• Support management and cross-functional teams in identifying and resolving potential legal issues in advance, promoting a culture of compliance, goodwill, and risk prevention.
• Provide temporary support to stores or other departments when manpower assistance is required, ensuring operational continuity and maintaining legal compliance in all assigned tasks.

*Administrative duties*

• Legal advisory and contract management: 40%
• Regulatory compliance and reporting: 30%
• Risk management, training, and supervision: 20%
• Supporting Other Departments: 10%

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Law; Good academic performance/proven academic achievements or Lawyer Certificate will be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, with solid experience in contract drafting and negotiation
• Experience in managing cross-location legal operations (HCMC–Hanoi) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of corporate compliance and risk management
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice to management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills (experience working with authorities is a plus)
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Retail or commercial business experience preferred
